-ina (f) -ino (m) a suffix in italian to add on to words meaning tiny or small

Ciao! Sono Ashley. In an attempt to make my name more Italian, my great grandmother called me Ashalina when I was a baby. This blog is about my life as an Italian-American. I started this blog to keep updates on my travels while I studied abroad in Rome! I fell in love with this beautiful country and stayed to continue studying Italian in Perugia. Now, I’m trying to find my way back to the home-land and in the meantime, i’m working on getting my italian citizenship through ancestry!

I hope you enjoy seeing pieces of my life through my eyes (photography), my heart (writing), and my soul (video).
